Routine dental care for one yearly fee
Essential Care is our membership for adults with healthy gums. You pay $199 once a year, your routine care is covered, and you get 20% off most other treatment. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods and no claim forms.

At our regular fees, the cleanings, exams, X-rays and fluoride alone come to over $600 a year, before any emergency visit or your 20% off treatment.
Add your household
Add another adult for $149 a year, or a child for $99 a year.
What the 20% covers
Members get 20% off individual treatment: fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, night guards, whitening and more. If you’d rather buy one of our packages, such as the root canal package (root canal, buildup and crown), you pay the package price instead.
Common questions
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a yearly plan with our office. You pay us directly, and there are no claims, deductibles or yearly maximums.
When does it start?
The day you join, here or at the office. You can use it right away, and it runs for one year.
Can I join at my first visit?
Yes. Most new patients join at their first visit, once we’ve done the exam and know which plan fits. If you join that day, the exam and X-rays are covered by your plan, so our $99 new patient visit doesn’t add to the cost.
I have a dental emergency. Can I join?
Yes. Join at your emergency visit and that day’s emergency exam and X-ray are included, plus 20% off your treatment.
What if I find out I have gum disease after joining?
We’ll move you to Gum Care and credit what’s left of your Essential Care year.
Does it renew?
Plans run for one year from the day you join. Ask the front desk to renew at any visit.
