As a valued Premier Member, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that we will repair or replace any dental work performed by us while you are enrolled in the Smile Science Premier Membership Plan.
Who is Covered?
Smile Science patients who subscribe to our Premier Membership and diligently follow all treatment recommendations (including cleanings and exams) provided by our clinical staff can enjoy the full benefits of the plan.
What is Covered?
The Smile Science Premier Membership Plan is a comprehensive dental care program designed to reward dedicated patients who prioritize their oral health. It covers a range of dental services and offers a guarantee on dental work performed by Smile Science, as long as the membership is maintained continuously and all expert clinical recommendations are followed. This exclusive plan provides members with peace of mind, ensuring that any necessary repairs or replacements of dental work carried out by Smile Science during their active membership will be taken care of. Please note that certain disqualifying conditions or circumstances may apply, and the plan is non-transferable.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
As long as the Smile Science Premier Membership is maintained without any lapses or interruptions in the subscription, members can continue to enjoy its benefits.
- In certain instances, due to the intricacy of underlying health issues or systemic ailments beyond our control, we may be unable to guarantee the quality of our work. Although such circumstances are infrequent, we shall promptly inform you of any disqualifying conditions prior to offering a subscription to our Premier Membership Plan.
- Should a disqualifying condition be identified after a patient has been granted a Premier Membership Plan but before any dental work has been carried out, Smile Science reserves the right to terminate the subscription and refund all fees associated with the most recent renewal period.
- Disqualifying conditions may encompass, but are not limited to, the following: uncontrolled diabetes (A1c over 7%), Sjögren’s Syndrome, severe bruxism (teeth clenching or grinding), parafunctional habits (e.g., ice-chewing, nail-biting), or severe and uncontrolled acid reflux.
- Please note that the Premier Smile Protection Plan is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another patient under any circumstances.
- In the event that Smile Science, PLLC is dissolved, sold, or ceases to conduct business, the Premier Smile Protection Plan shall become null and void.
